We're looking for a resilient and compassionate Deputy manager to provide specialist care for individuals with severe challenging behaviours. Join a dedicated team that makes a real difference every day.
The Role:
* Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
* Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support techniques
* Assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being
* Maintain accurate records and follow care plans tailored to each individual
* Work closely with a skilled team to create a safe and supportive environment
What We Offer:
* Pay: £15.30 to £16.30 per hour
* Hours: 42 hours per week
* Shift: day shifts
* Specialist Training: Full training provided in behaviour management and crisis intervention

What You Need:
* Experience supporting individuals with dementia care and physical disabilities, care planning, cqc knowledge etc (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication, patience, and resilience
* A commitment to providing person-centred care
* Willingness to undergo specialist training
