Description
The Stock Manager contributes to increase Store turnover by ensuring that all the Back of House processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR and stock organization.

Responsibilities:
10. Follow-up and control the monthly turning inventories and specific action plans
11. Prepare the annual inventory and look for any discrepancies
12. Guarantee consistent level of stock to achieve sales target
13. Build strong partnerships with the relevant stakeholders to maximise efficiency
14. Provide high quality feedback and requested reports to the Store Manager
15. Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
16. Promote the culture of the brand internally and externally
17. Ensure store’s visual elements are in line with corporate standards
18. Guarantee excellent customer experience as and when involved in the after sales process
19. Handle all administrative and operational procedures related to the merchandise flow
20. Implement specific Back Office action plans defined with the HQ and Store director and guarantee follow up at store level
21. Report, alert, transfer information properly to the Store Director for product turn-over (the right product at the right time in the right place)
22. Prepare, pack and ship merchandise to the outlets and warehouse
23. Adhere to all Company Policies & and follow all Company Operational Procedures
