We’re seeking a passionate, high-agency Agile Delivery Analyst to join Currencycloud (Visa). Your mission is to identify and eliminate impediments for a scrum team, enabling them to deliver value quickly and sustainably for our customers and business.
Your work will revolve around three key questions:
1. Quality requirements: Do the engineers and stakeholders have all the necessary documentation and knowledge to deliver value?
2. Agile & lean practices: How can we foster a culture of continuous learning in agile and lean practices?
3. Delivery Management: How can we identify and remove all obstacles faced by the scrum teams?
Daily responsibilities include:
Quality requirements:
* Ensuring requirements are detailed enough for sprint planning, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
* Facilitating workshops with the team and stakeholders to promote collaborative requirements definition.
* Collaborating on writing epics and user stories.
Delivery management:
* Unblocking scrum teams during sprints as needed.
* Reporting and managing operational delivery metrics.
* Creating and maintaining a delivery roadmap with prioritized features and milestones.
* Ensuring the team meets delivery commitments and encouraging continuous improvement.
* Driving execution across multiple teams, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and impacts.
Agile & lean practices:
* Leading or coordinating standard agile ceremonies for critical initiatives.
* Recommending improvements to agile workflows.
* Coaching teams on agile best practices.
This is a remote position based in the UK, with the possibility of required presence at a Visa office with prior notice.
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of proven experience in an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Management role, preferably in a fintech or startup environment.
* Deep understanding of Agile processes and principles, with practical experience in fostering compliant environments.
* Track record of removing impediments to deliver value.
* Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Domain knowledge in fintech areas such as payments, FX, transaction banking, or trading is preferred.
