Not every private client role offers exposure to £20–30m estates, succession planning work and close collaboration with accountants and IFAs, but this one does.
This well-regarded Staffordshire firm has grown its Private Client department from three people to nine in just a few years, driven by reputation and repeat work rather than aggressive expansion. Demand remains particularly strong, creating the need for another solicitor to join the team.
You’ll handle a varied caseload covering wills, probate and estate administration, with exposure to both straightforward and high-net-worth matters. There’s also the opportunity to develop your technical skills further through complex estates and succession planning work.

Who we’re looking for
4. Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in wills, probate and estate administration
5. Able to manage a caseload with a good level of autonomy
6. Strong client care and communication skills
7. Team-oriented, approachable and down-to-earth
8. Keen to continue developing technically within a supportive environment

9. Managing a varied private client caseload
10. Handling probate, wills and estate administration matters
11. Working on HNW estates and succession planning matters
12. Collaborating with IFAs and accountants where needed

Salary & Benefits
14. £43,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
