Main Responsibility
* Designing and delivering cutting-edge E&I projects, from upgrades to full installations
* During project delivery you’ll be working within a multi-disciplined project team, utilising your EC&I background and wider engineering experience to compliment the groups capabilities.
* Managing contractor relationships, safety protocols, and budgets with confidence
* Driving automation and smart control solutions that keep us on the leading edge
* Troubleshooting complex challenges and implementing long-term solutions
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to futureproof our distilling excellence
Our Ideal Candidate
* A solid background in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
* Project management experience with the ability to juggle priorities and hit milestones
* A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainable practices
* Sharp problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions
* A team-oriented mindset and the passion to make a real impact
