At St Thomas’ Church of England Junior School, our school vision of being ‘a proud community, flourishing together’ is at the heart of everything we do. Rooted in our Christian values of hope, love, respect, and kindness, we are committed to transforming the lives of all our children. We believe that success comes from holding high aspirations and expectations for every child.
In September we began working with Trinity Multi Academy Trust with a view to joining their family of academies. Trinity is a growing and respected trust currently comprising of 11 academies, spanning primary to post-16 education and they have a strong and proud track record of helping schools to make a lasting, positive difference in the lives of young people.
It’s an exciting time to be part of St Thomas’ as we enter this new chapter.

3. lead on a reduction in pupil absence across the academy by leading the delivery of attendance strategies
4. use academic data from internal and external sources to plan, implement and evaluate attendance strategies.
What we need:
5. recent relevant experience
6. experience of working in a similar role
7. an understanding of child protection issues
8. well-developed analytical, planning and organisational skills
What can we offer you?
9. The opportunity to work with a progressive and forward thinking, Multi Academy Trust, where you are making the difference to the lives of hundreds of young people.
