They have delivered projects such as large distribution centres, high-rise residential developments, student accommodation blocks, university teaching blocks, hospital extensions/works, complex brownfield redevelopment and infrastructure works.
✅ What they are looking for
A Senior Civil Engineer or Associate Civil Engineer with strong experience in civil / infrastructure design.
Someone proficient in drainage and infrastructure design (surface & foul water drainage strategies, sustainable drainage, earthworks / cut & fill appraisal, highway and external works)
Experience (or strong capability) in flood-risk assessment and flood-alleviation design, and understanding of highway/adoption procedures (Section 104 / 38 / 278)
Good working knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, MicroDrainage or equivalent)
Ability to work across different project sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, etc.)
Good communication skills and a collaborative, multidisciplinary-team mindset
