We have an exciting opportunity for an ISO Implementation Administrator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented ISO Implementation Administrator to support, implement, audit and maintain management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards.
Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and execute internal audits in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
* Ensure all documentation on the database is maintained and updated as required on a regular basis.
* Assist in maintaining and improving Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes.
Requirements
* Experience in data analysis and project management.
* Experience of working within operational standards.
* Knowledge of ISO standards.
* High level of computer literacy – proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom without the need for sponsorship.
