This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe space while being a key part of a team that's helping improve the environment for everyone we interact with.What You'll Do:Complete Cleaning in line with the service level agreement.Be responsible for the cleanliness of given areas and specific cleaning tasks,Support the departmental teams by carrying out general cleaning tasks as required.Deliver the highest standards of cleaning and customer service.Carry out Sodexo Cleaning in Specific Areas and on Job Specific tasks to the required standard established by the Service Level Agreement.Ensure all specific tasks and areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards. This is to include daily, weekly, quarterly and annual tasks.Effectively carry out a full clean of areas as agreed within the Service Level Agreement.Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment as directed by the Soft services Manager.Ensure that the appropriate safety signage is used at all appropriate times e.g. wet floor signs.Be flexible to work additional hours to cover holiday and sickness within the team.Complete any paperwork pertinent to the area of work.Manage and distribute cleaning stock between cleaning cupboards.Undertake visual equipment checks on all electrical cleaning equipment.What You Bring:Previous experience in a similar cleaning or supervisory role, with a good knowledge of cleaning solutions and their appropriate use.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.Excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with clients and team members.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.A proactive, positive attitude, with a strong focus on team work and health and safety.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
