Learning Support Assistant - Stafford - Part Time - Start Date: September 2026 We are currently recruiting to appoint a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools from September 2026 onwards in a long-term role on a part-time basis working through a trusted supply agency. This role is vital to the school and involves supporting a vast range of children with varying needs including working alongside children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP's). The school are particularly interested in candidates who have a background in supporting children with Speech and Language, ADHD, Autism and SEMH. You will be working within a friendly, welcoming school atmosphere where you will quickly become a valued member of the teaching team. You will be working directly alongside the class teacher and as a Learning Support Assistant you'll be encouraged to "follow your own lead" using your own initiative and skills to enhance the quality of teaching and learning for the children.
