Busy Bees Egham Day Nursery and preschool at Egham TW20 are proud to hold Ofsted rating GOOD. The warm and friendly team look forward to welcoming a new Senior Room Manager, assisting them in giving our children the best start in life.
Our nursery is within walking distance to local shops and cafes, bus and train lines, and easily accessible from the M4 & M25. We have a large staff room and training room, and a very supportive management team that offers a variety of different training & progression opportunities.

What to expect as a Senior Room Manager
* As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
* Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
* Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
* And most of all…have FUN!
*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and managerial experience*
