Once operational, it will set new standards in sustainable mining while helping to boost food production and sustainable farming practices. You'll be: Professional and courteous in line with Worley code of conduct A Leader of safety, always Able to build and maintain solid relationships and engage with Worley project management, client and contractor teams Flexible and understanding of Project requirements You will: Engage with identified key project personnel building strong relationships Conduct and support project assurance activities in line with project assurance plan Lead and oversee contractor incident investigation process, identify root causes and ensure preventative and corrective actions are put in place Review, Monitor and Follow up on actions until close out Analise data from various leading and lagging indicators for trends and themes Lead on Worley project HSE initiatives Being visible and supportive during site work scope execution Ensure there is clear transfer of information through handovers and communication You'll have: Qualifications / Training Essential: Academic: NEBOSH General or equivalent Level 3 in Health Safety and Environmental Management Technically Qualified Professional - in HSE Professional: Graduate Member of IOSH Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 5 in Health Safety and Environmental Management Kelvin Top-Set, 5 Why or other industry recognized incident investigation technique Qualified auditor of safety management systems Chartered Member of IOSH Experience Essential: Large project experience in a construction/heavy engineering environment Experience in formal control of work systems Supported the implementation and monitoring of HSE systems in projects. Desirable: High risk heavy industry related experience Mining Experience Proven track record of implementation of HSE systems and practices across complex work fronts Previous experience with Worley projects Personal Qualities, Aptitudes and Skills Highly regarded team player. Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about HSE Ability to influence and motivate teams to deliver HSE vision Good planning and organizational skills.
