Internal Sales Executive
Salary - £28 - £32k (depending on experience)
Location - Malvern outskirts (Hanley Swan area)
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm office based.
If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales teams, and helping a business grow through proactive Business Development and relationship building, our client is looking for an individual to join their dynamic sales team in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Supporting the sales team by selling high-quality products and services to a diverse customer base.
2. Taking a leading role in assisting management and all departments to ensure smooth business operations.
3. Creating accurate and timely quotations based on clear, well-documented customer requirements.
4. Managing and updating customer data through the CRM system, ensuring a seamless journey from enquiry to order.
5. Proactively following up on leads and quotes, helping to convert interest into sales.
6. Answering calls professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority.
7. Identifying upselling opportunities and promoting additional services and seminars to key industry professionals.
8. Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate processing of orders and documentation.
Skills and Experience:
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Experience of working within a Sales / Account Management / Business Development environment
11. Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail
12. An ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
13. An enthusiastic team player who's keen to contribute to business growth and profitability.
14. Own transport - essential
