Media Manager
Location: North Devon, Hybrid Working (3 days in office / 2 from home)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
An award-winning integrated agency is looking for an experienced Media Manager to join their growing team. You’ll support the Media Director across a diverse client portfolio, working across all channels from TV and OOH to digital, social, PPC, and more.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid cross-channel media experience who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on elements of planning, buying, and campaign delivery.
About the Role:
* Develop media strategies against client objectives
* Conduct audience research and inform media recommendations
* Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery (planning, buying, optimisation, reporting)
* Collaborate with creative, digital, and client services teams
* Compile campaign analyses and reports against KPIs
* Negotiate with media owners to secure value for clients
* Support new business pitches and attend client meetings
The Ideal Candidate:
* 4+ years’ experience in media planning/buying (agency side preferred)
* Strong knowledge of all media channels (TV, OOH, Print, Digital, Paid Social, PPC, Radio, etc.)
* Confident developing strategic proposals and detailed implementational plans
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* Strong numeracy and working knowledge of planning tools (TGI, Nielsen Ad Intel, GA4 desirable)
* Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
