About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and analytically minded Performance Marketing Manager
Manager to lead global paid media efforts across two prestigious fine jewellery brands –
Austen & Blake and Diamond Factory. This is a high-impact role responsible for executing
and scaling digital acquisition strategies across global markets (UK, US, AU, EU) while
maintaining each brand’s unique identity. You will also take ownership of forecasting return
on investment (ROI) across all sales channels, ensuring full visibility and optimisation of
performance across online and offline channels.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
and experienced in both hands-on campaign management and strategic oversight, including
the management of third-party agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise global digital acquisition campaigns across paid search,
social, display, retargeting, video, and affiliate channels for both Austen & Blake
and Diamond Factory
Own and manage global performance marketing budgets, ensuring optimal spend
allocation across regions including the UK, US, Australia, and Europe
Forecast and report on ROI across all sales channels (including ecommerce and
showroom-based sales), ensuring marketing investment drives measurable
commercial growth
Lead day-to-day and strategic management of third-party agencies and media
partners, ensuring alignment with performance goals and KPIs
Adapt campaigns for local markets while ensuring global consistency and maintaining
brand integrity
Work collaboratively with internal teams (ecommerce, analytics, creative, product,
and retail) to align marketing strategy with business goals
Conduct rigorous testing and optimisation of ad creatives, landing pages, and
audience targeting
Leverage tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms to monitor
performance and guide decision-making
Identify new growth opportunities, platform innovations, and audience segments to
test and scale
Ensure all campaigns are compliant with relevant regulations such as GDPR and
adhere to advertising standards in each market
Requirements
4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within retail,
eCommerce, or luxury sectors
Proven success managing international campaigns and delivering strong ROI across
multiple sales channels
Strong experience working with and managing third-party media agencies, ensuring
accountability and performance delivery
Proficiency across key performance marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business
Manager, YouTube, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks
Excellent data analysis skills and experience forecasting ROI across marketing and
commercial functions
Knowledge of omnichannel marketing models and showroom integration is highly
desirable
Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to work
cross-functionally across time zones and teams
Strong understanding of GDPR and international digital advertising compliance
requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion eCommerce sectors
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
Familiarity with CRM and customer lifecycle marketing strategies
Additional languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) are a bonus but not essential
