Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Income Officer to join an organisation based in Birmingham on a temporary basis to be responsible for the collection and management of rental income against set targets and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Income Officer:
Manage the collection and oversight of rental income, ensuring targets and procedures are met.
Address tenant inquiries, providing regular updates on the status of their accounts and resolving queries promptly.
Identify households requiring specialist support and collaborate with Welfare Benefits, Tenancy Support services, and other agencies to assist tenants in maintaining their tenancy.
Contribute to the association's financial inclusion initiatives, such as supporting access to digital training and employment pathways.Essential Requirements of the Income Officer:
Previous experience within housing management and income recovery
Strong administration, with intermediate Excel
