We are searching for a committed and positive Teaching Assistant to join our esteemed partner school in Linton. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential part in the classroom, working with teachers and other professionals to assist with pupils' education, wellbeing, and personal development. Key Responsibilities
* Assist pupils on a one-on-one basis and in small groups
* Help with the preparation of lessons and classroom organisation
* Support and encourage pupils\' communication abilities, independence, and social skills
* Keep track of student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher
* Work in partnership with the broader school team and external organisations
* Provide supervision for pupils during their break and lunch times as necessary
* Maintain safeguarding and promote the welfare of all pupils
What We\'re Looking For
* The legal right to work within the UK
* A Child DBS on the update service
* Prior experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN environment
* A calm and compassionate disposition
* Outstanding communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* A willingness to learn and undergo additional training
