Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Hull

Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car
What You’ll Be Doing
* Prepare and maintain monthly Project Financial Status Reports
* Support in financial forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis
* Produce and monitor cash flow and invoicing plans
* Report on supplier and subcontractor cost liabilities / accruals
* Work with the Finance Department to ensure accurate month‑end reporting
* Assist with maintaining subcontractor commitment trackers and project performance documentation
* Prepare applications for payment and issue formal correspondence to suppliers and subcontractors
* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value
* Manage and track procurement activity to meet project milestones
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally 1‑3 years’ experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Assistant
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail
* Confident using Excel and other reporting tools
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (client site visits required)
