Person Specification
Qualifications and Knowledge
* Keyboard skills to RSA III or equivalent
* Audio Typing or equivalent
* Computer literate with good understanding of software programmes
* Basic knowledge of medical terminology
* Knowledge of secretarial and administrative procedures and systems
* Knowledge of using CWS
* WelshPAS trained
Experience
* Experience of working in an administration or secretarial post
* Management of Waiting Lists
Aptitude and Abilities
* Possess excellent communication/telephone skills
* Ability to work with staff at all level
Other
* Ability to be independently mobile to meet the requirements of the service
* Ability to work on his/her own initiative in an often pressured and fast moving environment
