About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer Team Leader to oversee a team of engineers delivering high-quality HVAC services across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for engineers looking to grow into management while staying close to the tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of Air Conditioning Engineers on-site and in the field
* Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems
* Ensure all work meets industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company expectations
* Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and manage project timelines efficiently
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
* Maintain strong client relationships across commercial and industrial sectors
* Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-term solutions
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or HVAC Engineer
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience (or readiness to step up)
* Strong knowledge of cooling, heating, and ventilation systems
* F-Gas certification (essential)
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and team management abilities
