As our IT Project Manager, you’ll be at the center of our most critical technology projects—creating detailed plans, guiding cross-functional and vendor teams, and ensuring every milestone is met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in risk management, compliance, and communication will keep projects moving forward while maintaining alignment with business goals.
Essential Job Duties
1. Oversee multiple projects from kickoff through delivery, managing scope, timelines, and resources
2. Lead internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and performance
3. Proactively engage change management and communications to ensure productive project kickoffs, effective updates, and smooth go-live support
4. Develop and lead go-live activities, including go/no-go decisions, performance metrics, and daily stand-ups—ensuring a seamless transition into Hypercare
5. Track progress, anticipate risks, and implement strategies to keep deliverables on track
6. Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving challenges
7. Uphold quality standards, maintain detailed project documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
8. Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and process enhancements

Requirements
Required Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar
10. 5+ years of experience successfully managing IT projects
11. Experience performing risk assessments, tracking potential issues, and devising mitigation strategies
12. Experience with evaluating, onboarding, and managing external vendors and service providers
13. Process-oriented
14. Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contract management
15. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
16. Skilled in data analysis
17. Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana) to track timelines, tasks, and milestones
18. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
19. Familiarity with tools like Risk Register or custom risk management trackers
20. Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence
21. Outstanding problem solving/critical thinking skills
22. Strong sense of urgency and excellent responsiveness
23. Top-notch time management and prioritization skills
24. Strong analytical skills
25. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment processes
26. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
27. Skilled with creating clear and concise technical documentation (e.g., project plans, reports, risk management documents) to communicate progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
28. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
29. Ability to manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control
30. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English in a professional manner
Preferred Qualifications
31. 10+ years of experience successfully managing IT projects
32. PMI or Agile/Scrum Certified
33. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
34. Experience leading diverse project teams
