ADMINISTRATOR
THE POSITION
We are looking for an experienced customer focussed administrator. Someone who delights in solving problems for customers and maximising opportunities for the business. You will act as the interface between our customers and our laboratories. To be effective you will need to have a genuine interest in learning about what we do.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of permanent in the longer term.
Please note: This is not a call centre environment.

TYPICAL DUTIES
A large part of the work will be producing quotations for customers.
You will also cover the following…
Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and by email.
Liaising with all internal departments.
Resolving internal and external queries.
Progress chasing of work through our laboratories.
Collating paperwork and equipment for deliveries to customers.
Helping out in stores at times as required.
ABOUT YOU
Previous office experience within a small office team is desirable.
Strong customer service background in a small/medium business.
Friendly outgoing personality with a warm telephone manner.
Good organisational skills with high levels of attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of word and excel.
An all round helpful attitude. You must be prepared to "muck-in" and get the job done, helping out with any of the work covered by our wider admin team.
If you are good at multi-tasking, under pressure in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is still hugely import, then you should fit right in.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally you will have at least 4 GCSEs at Grade C(5) or above, including Maths and English.
'A' level (Business Studies / Business Admin) or a Business Studies / Business Admin BTEC would be an advantage.
SALARY – Negotiable
ELIGIBILITY - You must be entitled to live permanently and work in the UK. Please state this.
