The Site Finance Lead is a key and influential member of the Site Leadership Team, the purpose of this role is to drive site performance through the provision of timely, accurate and insightful information.
The jobholder is responsible for providing financial management reporting for the ETL which will be used in the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle. The job holder will be responsible to analyse past process in the old structure and implement new aligned and standardise reporting process across the European business. The job holder is expected to work closely with the BUs head of finance / FDs as well as IT and other functional teams to establish the requirements and solutions required for the job.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Operations Finance Lead Manager with overall responsibility for Financial Controls / SOX compliance and Financial Reporting across the Attleborough Site.
2. Co-ordination of the month end and year end process for Attleborough. Taking ownership for month end and year end delivery within the agreed timetable.
3. Co-ordination of the rolling monthly forecast process for Attleborough. Presenting key movements, risks and opportunities.
4. Adopt a continuous improvement mindset whereby the efficient production and relevance of financial reporting is constantly reviewed.
