Key Responsibilities:
1. Own, manage and deliver commercial campaigns from concept to completion whilst liaising with relevant departments and customers, providing great customer experience & working to agreed timeframes.
2. Management of print and digital customer campaigns.
3. Act with integrity and accountability to prevent and solve problems quickly and efficiently
4. Promote a positive, helpful, and encouraging environment across the team & wider business adhering to the team’s values.
5. Understand the client’s campaign & market objectives.
6. Participate in internal meetings, providing updates and analysis on campaign performance, issues, and achievements, taking notes where appropriate.
7. Participate in meetings with external clients, agencies & stakeholders, taking notes where appropriate.
8. Timely and accurate completion of project documentation and related tasks (Planners, Project Plan – if appropriate, Folders, EOC reports, Highlight reports, Lesson Logs, Datapots, Screengrabs and KPIs)
9. Understand and follow company governance and compliance – GDPR, skillgate etc.
10. Use the Bauer academy, Summer Schools, and other available tools to enhance your knowledge.
11. Review and reflect on your own skillset – what can you further develop, where you are lacking knowledge.
12. Ability to showcase ideas and solutions to the wider team through show & tells (1 a year), attend & contribute to other ideation sessions spark
13. Ability to adapt & prioritise workload whilst working independently and across the team.
14. Work across all markets where required. Collaborate and formulate solid relationships with commercial, editorial and production and delivery teams.
15. Support PM’s on complex campaigns when required.
16. Support other members of the team when required.
17. Work closely with sales teams to provide clients with updates on campaign performance, analysis & reporting on statistics.
18. Budget & track campaign costs using costs sheets, raising POs when applicable and liaising/informing the BA when required.
19. Source & allocate resources efficiently, using internal and external stakeholders for freelance requirements.
20. Develop & maintain Project Executive workflow documentation.
21. Understanding what is working well and what needs further development with certain campaigns/projects.
22. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across the publishing business.
