TEACHING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED TO COVER POSTS IN SRP CLASSES: FROM OCTOBER 2025
Whitfield Aspen School have several exciting opportunities to join an innovative school, which is part of an expansion programme.
Contract and hours
* Temporary contract until July 2026 supporting SRP Pupils
* 31 hours per week, term-time only (TTO) plus KCC holiday pay (Mon – Fri)
Salary: Kent Scheme A pro-rata (equivalent to £24,513 for full time), £12.71 per hour + SEN Allowance
Core hours: 08:45 – 15:15 Monday – Friday.
Requirements
Whitfield Aspen School values education, skills and experience. Candidates who possess GCSE qualifications with grades A*-C or 4 and above in English and Mathematics, NVQ2 or equivalent or higher is advantageous. Candidates must provide original examination certificates prior to the interview.
Experience of working in school supporting children is desirable. Successful applicants will be required to sign up to the School’s Core Values.
