Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader on Nights to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of individuals effectively. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team towards achieving operational goals while fostering a positive work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills. You must hold as a minimum NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and be willing to achieve level 3 if not already held and have at least 3 years experience in a Health and Social Care Setting. You will not be offered an interview if you do not have relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of quality.
* Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Manage daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
* Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
* Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages participation and innovation.
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and celebrate achievements.
* Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
* You will be responsible for managing the home in the managers days off.
* You will be responsible for all care delivered and medication administering.
Experience
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Demonstrated capability to manage diverse teams effectively while promoting inclusivity.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
