About The Role

As our F&B Supervisor, you will lead the Restaurant team to deliver an exceptional standard of service, creating excellent guest relations and exceeding expectations wherever possible. Our guests will feel welcome, comfortable, and well attended to at all times, providing an experience that they will want to repeat time and time again! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day operations.
Candidate Profile
Using your previous Supervisory experience in a Food & Beverage environment, you will be a great communicator, confidently engaging with guests and team members alike. Your positive and proactive ‘can do’ approach will inspire others and foster an environment that encourages the team to excel.
You will demonstrate a passion for delivering genuine hospitality, sharing thorough product knowledge and enthusiasm to excel with the team. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will consistently demonstrate your ability to remain level-headed, with a smile on your face, regardless of how busy the day has been.
Salary and Contract
This is a full-time permanent position based on a 45-hour work week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
