Full Time Primary Class Teacher (Main Scales +SEN Allowance)
Fixed Term 12 Months – Maternity Cover
The Shenstone Lodge site is a growing provision that currently educates and supports approximately 70 students in Key Stages 1 and 2 who experience Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.
The school will provide:

The successful candidate will provide/deliver:
* high expectations of academic achievement

* clear direction and support for teaching assistants
* flexibility in their approach to students and the school itself
* a clear understanding of and ability to manage behaviour that challenges
* subject leadership of a subject as directed by SMT
The post is suitable for a skilled and experienced teacher, or a teacher who is relatively new to the profession.
