Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Manchester
Our client is a leading surveying company based in Manchester, seeking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their growing team, with the opportunity for flexible hybrid working patterns. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy offering a wide range of building surveying services.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Recently Chartered Building Surveyor – 1-2 years’ experience
* Experience in project management schemes, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, and project monitoring, etc.
* Or the ability and drive to learn new areas of Building Surveying.
* A full, clean UK driving license.
* Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
* An enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
