What were looking for:
Proven success in a business development or senior sales role, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Ideally, experience within bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, or luxury home interiors.
Alternatively, experience in high-end sectors such as furniture, flooring, interiors, or other premium specification-led environments will be considered.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
A proactive, commercially driven mindset, with confidence presenting premium products and tailored solutions.
What youll be doing:
Identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
Building long-term partnerships with designers, developers, contractors, and other key decision-makers.
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to specification, negotiation, and conversion.
Achieving and exceeding individual and team revenue targets, with performance directly linked to bonus earnings.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey and a consistently premium brand experience.
Keeping up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor activity to position the brand effectively.
