The firm has a substantial workload already that they need assistance with so whilst preferred, the successful candidate does not require a following. You will have work provided and receive an excellent percentage based on our clients fee sharing model.

Position Overview:
As a Consultant Employment Solicitor, you will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and representation to their clients on a wide range of employment law matters. From drafting employment contracts to handling disputes and litigation, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise to diverse cases while benefiting from the flexibility of a fee sharing arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on employment law matters, including TUPE, disciplinary actions, grievances, discrimination claims, and employment contracts.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, settlement agreements, and tribunal submissions
* Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and employment tribunal hearings
* Keeping abreast of changes in employment law and advising clients on compliance requirements and best practices
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery
Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in employment law
* Prior experience working with a top city law firm, with a desire to transition to a more flexible and supportive work environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in handling complex employment law matters
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
