Structures Site Engineer - Major Highway ProjectA leading civil engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structures Site Engineer to join our team on a major highway project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex structures and contribute to a project that will enhance regional transportation.What You'll Do:
* Provide technical expertise and support for the construction of highway structures, ensuring adherence to design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
* Oversee setting out and construction activities, ensuring accurate placement of structures and components.
* Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
* Collaborate effectively with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
* Champion safety on the project, promoting a culture of awareness and ensuring adherence to the highest safety standards.
What We Need:
* Proven experience as a Structures Site Engineer on highway or similar large-scale civil engineering projects.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations relevant to highway structures.
* Proficiency in using surveying equipment and relevant software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
* A commitment to safety, with a proven ability to implement and uphold the highest safety standards.
