About the Role:

Each brand carries its own legacy, and together, we’re shaping the future of home entertainment.
The Go-To-Market GTM) Manager will lead product lifecycle management from launch to phase-out, ensuring readiness across channels and markets. This role interfaces with Marketing, Planning, Product Development, and Sales to drive successful product introductions and ongoing commercial performance.
What You Will Do:
4. Manage NPIs and full product lifecycle (“Cradle to Grave”).
5. Lead PSI and S&OP processes.
6. Drive channelization and channel strategy.
7. Conduct market, product, and competitor analysis.
8. Own GFK contract and product compliance.
9. Coordinate launch readiness and marketing interface.
10. Maintain Product Line Charts and Range Plans.
11. Oversee SOA approvals (with FP&A and Channel Directors).
12. Manage product setup and warranty processes.
13. Lead QBR and commercial reviews.
What You Need to Be Successful:
14. Experience in GTM, product management, or commercial strategy.
15. At least 3 years of experience in a similar focused role.
16. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
17. Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
