A supportive secondary school in SE2 is looking for a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor to join the team on a full-time agency basis. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to ensure continuity of learning and maintain a positive environment for students.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
1. Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
2. Implement lesson plans and maintain classroom routines
3. Support students’ learning and behaviour management
4. Ensure a safe and focused learning environment
5. Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil engagement and progress
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Cover Supervisor will:
6. Have experience working in a classroom or school environment
7. Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills
8. Be adaptable, organised, and reliable
9. Be committed to maintaining high standards for learning and safety
10. Be enthusiastic about supporting students’ educational experience
This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner or a motivated Cover Supervisor looking for a full-time placement.
