Mortgage Advisors needed to join our Colchester based clients modern fast paced personal mortgage advisory service. We are looking for qualified Mortgage Advisors from a few years’ experience up to Senior Mortgage Advisors with a wealth of experience. If you are a fully qualified mortgage Advisors, possess at least 2 years’ experience and are keen to find that next new role send us your cv now.
The Role
* Advising on mortgages and protection products to new and existing clients
* Ensuring maintenance of compliance
* Helping & guiding clients through the mortgage process
* Achieving/Exceeding all agreed role targets & KPIs.
* Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
* Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
* Using your skills and knowledge to take customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
* Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and trends
* Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week
The Person
* Must possess full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
* Experience in the whole mortgage and protection market
* Proven track record working within a targeted environment.
* Ability to put the customer first at all times
* Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success.

* Mortgage Advisor Competitive basic £25,000 - £30,000 pa (DOE) with a Realistic OTE £40 - £60k
* Senior Mortgage Advisor Competitive basic £30,000 - £50,000 pa (DOE) with a Realistic OTE £65-£100k
