About This Role
Renaissance Global are recruiting for a FP&A Finance Analyst to join our expanding finance team. A reshaping of the Renaissance Global Commercial Finance team has resulted in a new permanent opportunity for a FP&A Financial Analyst to join the commercial finance team to support the delivery of month end and reforecasts as systems continue to be integrated. The successful candidate will own the financial management of all headcount related costs plus all overheads (facilities, professional, training, product platform etc).

FP&A Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the planning and execution of the quarterly reforecasting process in Adaptive Planning, including supporting the production of materials for review by the senior leadership teams (SLT) of both REN Global and REN Learning Inc.
* Owning the Workday Adaptive Planning tool to develop management information and reporting that enhances business unit owners’ understanding of their numbers and the risk and opportunities around them
* Own the tracking of headcount and payroll costs verses budget and forecast across REN Global, including working with HR to ensure all hiring is within plan
* Support the team to develop, monitor and manage divisional key performance indicators to be presented to the SLT of REN Global to share key trends and learnings
* Hold monthly meetings with budget owners, providing insightful analysis to help drive business efficiencies
* Own the tracking of Capex spend for both internal people and external supplier spend
* Take a lead role in automation using Adaptive Planning
Skills and Experience Required
To be considered for the role of FP&A Finance Analyst we are ideally looking for a candidate who is ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with a wide range of FP&A experience that can be drawn upon throughout this engagement. The role requires self-motivation, independent thought and the ability to work unsupervised when required and to meet deadlines.
You Will Also Have or Be
* A proven track record of delivering budgets and forecasts and P&L management in a commercial organization
* Experience of utilising financial analysis and planning tools (such as Adaptive Planning), including adaptation of group reports for local use
* Strong Excel skills and ability to transform discussions around plans and strategies into tangible business cases/financial plans
* Reasonable knowledge around accounting principles, particularly around revenue recognition and capitalization of development costs
* Hands-on, attention to detail and building automation, allowing time for analysis and value-added activities
* A proactive thinker and problem solver who will drive initiatives forward with creativity and pragmatism
* Ability to work independently but also know when to keep upwards stakeholders in the loop
Additional information
This is a UK, London-based role. Candidates must reside and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. We do not offer sponsorship for this position. The role is based at our London Head Office (Brentford) on a Hybrid basis (1 day in office, 4 days remote). The London office is due to move in early 2026 to Hammersmith. We offer a competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum and a range of benefits. The start date is January 2026.
