The Role - As a Cover supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students stay on task and follow the work set. You will maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Key responsibilities - Supervising whole classes across various subjects. - Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain engaged. - Managing classroom behaviour effectively. - Supporting students with their learning where appropraite. - Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies.
