Salary: GBP 25,306.40 per annum
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Warehouse Operative for our Lutterworth site. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 14:00, with a salary of £25,306.42 per year.

Purpose of the role:
The Warehouse Operative will manage daily warehouse activities such as receipt and inspection of products, issuing and dispatching, storage, and stock rotation, in accordance with company procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by Warehouse Team Leaders, Shift Managers, Warehouse Manager, or Operations Manager.
The role requires compliance with all relevant company policies, legal, environmental, ISO, security, and Health and Safety standards. Accurate completion and prompt submission of documentation are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to company procedures, performance standards, and health & safety practices.
* Receive, check, and store products accurately following instructions.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene, including MHE equipment.
* Perform daily checks and report deviations, damages, or faults.
* Operate MHE safely, following SOPs and using PPE as required.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
* Highly organized with attention to detail and good communication skills.
