We're looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Kettering. You'll be instrumental in supporting students with special educational needs, providing vital support both inside and outside the classroom environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering one-on-one or small group support to pupils with SEN.
* Actively supporting student learning during lessons, breaks, and lunchtimes.
* Collaborating closely with the class teacher on daily activities and lesson preparation.
* Helping to maintain a positive, tidy, and safe learning space.
* Fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion for all students.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be exceptionally committed, patient, and reliable.
* Demonstrate strong initiative and a proactive attitude (this is essential!).
* Have previous experience supporting SEN children (desirable, but not mandatory).
* Must have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service).
* Hold permanent UK residency (an essential requirement for this position).

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (can be processed via Teaching Personnel).
* Two of your most recent professional references (covering the last 24 months).
* Overseas Police Check (if you have lived outside the UK for 6+ months in the last 5 years).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
