We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join a team within a fast-paced environment based in Hull. This role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, primarily focused on hiring operatives across warehouse and production functions. Please note, this is a fully office based role so you will be expected to be onsite 5 days per week. This is a great opportunity for someone with some recruitment and administrative experience who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment and wants to develop their career further. Key Responsibilities Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding Screening CVs and coordinating interviews with hiring managers Managing job adverts across multiple platforms Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers Liaising with agencies and external partners when required Assisting with onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and documentation Providing general administrative support to the HR/recruitment team About You Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role (ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
