✅ About the Role:
As an ECT (Secondary Teacher), you will:
* Teach your specialist subject across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where available)
* Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons
* Build strong classroom management and teaching practice
* Adapt lessons to support all learners, including those with SEN or additional needs
* Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively within supportive school departments

* QTS (or pending QTS by September 2026)
* Teaching qualification (PGCE, SCITT, School Direct or equivalent)

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
