Mobile Cleaner
We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend a number sites for one of our Social Housing partners, covering both Portsmouth & Southampton.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 8.00am - 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Hourly rate is £12.21
A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but Company Vehicle is provided.
Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner:
1. Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
2. Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
3. Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
4. Hoovering of carpeted areas
5. Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
6. Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
7. Replenish consumable items. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
8. Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
What are we looking for?
9. Prior professional Cleaning experience
10. IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
11. Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
12. Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (We cover the cost of the DBS check)
