we will provide in depth and comprehensive training on all you need to know about customs clearance, Transport and logistics.
What we are looking for:
* A keen person interested to learn logistics, customs clearance and build a career in the industry with us.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Maturity, the ability to work independently as well as part of a flexible and close team.
* Basic demonstratable skills (Microsoft office, E.g. Excel formulas and pivot tables).
* Experience not required as training is given.
Your role will include:
Customs Documentation:
Preparing and managing customs documentations for consignments both in and out of the country. Ensure all Documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
Complete Necessary documents and procedures for customs Authorities and customs.
Compliance:
Learning to keep up-to-date with customs regulations and where to find them.
Data entry and systems:
Compile Information for our tracking System as well as booking domestic and international transport and delivery.
Monitor shipments, inspections and ensure timely clearance through customs.
Communication:
Communicate with Government bodies, customers and suppliers to resolve problems and to meet expectations.
Team work:
Work closely with other team members and customs to ensure smooth customs clearance processes as well as openly suggest ways to improve these processes and the systems we use.
