We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to deliver high-quality maintenance, installation, and compliance services across residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing team with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:
* Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations
* Complete compliance testing in line with industry standards
* Diagnose faults and undertake pre-work surveys
* Maintain accurate records, certification, and reports
* Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
* Manage tools, equipment, and van stock effectively
* Participate in an out-of-hours rota when required
The successful Electrician will have:
* NVQ Qualification in Electrical Installation
* AM2 Qualification
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to liaise effectively with tenants and stakeholders
