Arts Therapist/ Psychotherapist - Dunstable EB
We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking and motivated Psychotherapist or Arts Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary Emotional & Behavioural (core) CAMHS Team based in Dunstable, within the South Bedfordshire Specialist CAMHS Service. This post will deliver a Psychotherapy / Arts Therapies service within Dunstable CAMHS and will offer flexible, evidence-based care, assessments and interventions, including specialist and generic CAMHS assessments and consultation to other clinical pathways within the Dunstable area (e.g. local CAMHS schools teams).
Responsibilities
* This senior role has designated input into supporting wider clinical and management supervision for CAMHS Therapists.
* Work with the South Bedfordshire CAMHS Lead for Psychotherapy / Arts Therapies to develop the discipline and contribute to the coordination and development of Dunstable area CAMHS trainees.
* Promote the use of Psychotherapy / Arts Therapies through training and co-produced approaches with experts through experience.
* Attend monthly Psychotherapy / Arts Therapists meetings and receive management and specialist clinical supervision.

Based near the M1, accessible by car from North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. Free parking is available. Essential
* Qualified as Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist
* Registered member of ACP
* HCPC registration as a Music Therapist, Art Therapist/Art Psychotherapist or Dramatherapist OR ADMP UK registration for Dance Movement Psychotherapists
* Masters level or equivalent or demonstrable senior professional, clinical and management experience
* Record of continuing professional development and relevant post graduate qualifications or training

* Clinical supervision training
* Experience in service development, working in culturally diverse areas, and running reflective practice sessions

* Previous experience as a psychotherapist/arts therapist in a core CAMHS team
