Our client, a well-established Scottish legal practice, is seeking a Senior Solicitor/Associate to join their Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property litigation specialist to play a key role in the firm's continued success.

Position Overview
The Senior Solicitor/Associate will focus on providing expert advice on a wide range of property disputes for businesses, landowners, commercial landlords and tenants, and community groups. This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in Sheriff Court, Court of Session, Supreme Court, Scottish Land Court, and Lands Tribunal litigation, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence in property-related legal work.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a broad spectrum of property disputes, including dilapidations, rent and lease arrangements, servitudes and rights of access, nuisance, and boundary disputes
* Manage an independent caseload while collaborating with team members on larger or more complex cases
* Represent clients in Sheriff Court, Court of Session, Supreme Court, Scottish Land Court, and Lands Tribunal litigation
* Contribute to the financial success of the team and firm by meeting agreed targets
* Participate in business development and marketing strategies to promote the firm's services
Requirements
* Scottish Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE (all applications will be considered)
* Strong experience in property litigation and dispute resolution
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to work independently and manage own caseload
* Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team development
* Commitment to meeting financial targets and participating in business development activities
