The Organisation

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. It also manages other public spaces such as Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens. These parks attract tens of millions of visits each year.

Help Nature Thrive (HNT) is an initiative tackling the global biodiversity crisis by making the Royal Parks more resilient, biodiverse and connected to visitors. It is supported by £1.2M of funding from the People’s Postcode Lottery and aims to deliver park conservation improvements, enhance visitors’ learning journeys and collect data to inform management practices.

We are now looking for an Engagement Officer to join our HNT team on a full‑time basis until 30 September 2026, subject to funding. This role is funded by the People’s Postcode Lottery.
