Our client, an award winning production company, is looking for an experienced and strategic marketing professional to lead global marketing, PR, and brand strategy for a dynamic production company.
The Head of Marketing will oversee campaigns across multiple content portfolios, supporting audience growth, brand awareness, and international expansion.
This is a hybrid role based in Central London reporting into the Managing Director.
Head of Marketing Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute global marketing strategies across all content and brand initiatives, integrating B2B and B2C campaigns.
2. Drive audience engagement for TV series, digital content, and associated consumer products across broadcast, digital, and social channels.
3. Collaborate with distribution, licensing, and production teams to maximize ROI from content launches and partnerships.
4. Lead corporate PR and communications to strengthen the company's profile with trade partners, broadcasters, and industry stakeholders.
5. Manage marketing budgets, measure performance, and use insights to inform strategy.
6. Oversee creative agency relationships and ensure campaigns are innovative, cohesive, and aligned with business goals.
Ideal Head of Marketing Profile:
7. Proven experience in marketing and communications within a production company, broadcaster, or media organization.
8. Strong track record in brand development, multi-channel campaigns, and content marketing.
9. Experience working with international markets and broadcasters desirable.
10. Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills.
11. Creative, strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
