Salary : £29,220.80 per annum
Contract: Permanent - Full Time 40hrs
Shift Pattern: Various to include shifts between 8am to 8pm

You’ll help us make health happen by:
1. Managing and optimising staff rotas, always ensuring effective cover while working within agreed budgets
2. Leading, recruiting, and developing a high-performing front of house team, maintaining Richmond Villages’ high standards
3. Overseeing all daily restaurant operations, delivering an exceptional experience across dining, bar, and room service
4. Planning and delivering events and functions, maximising the use of village spaces to drive engagement and revenue
5. Building relationships with local businesses and organisations to increase external bookings and revenue opportunities
6. Working collaboratively with marketing to promote events, functions, and dining experiences
7. Monitoring competitor activity and supporting pricing strategies to ensure commercial competitiveness
8. Working closely with the kitchen and wider teams to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest experience
9. Managing dietary, allergen, and alternative meal requirements safely and effectively
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
You’ll have experience of managing a team in a hospitality or catering environment and hold a CIEH Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety (or equivalent). Self-motivated and a great communicator, you’ll develop relationships with our residents, always using a person-centred approach. Organised and flexible with a professional attitude, you’re a great team player but can also work under your own initiative. Always leading by example, you know the importance of creating and delivering an excellent hospitality experience.
Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
