Job Title: Senior Innovation Manager – FMCG / Personal Care & Beauty

About the role
We are seeking an Innovation Manager to drive a high-impact innovation pipeline across our personal care and beauty brands. Reporting to the Head of Innovation, you’ll own end-to-end NPD, from consumer insight to launch, delivering commercially successful products that grow our portfolio.
This senior role requires influencing across Marketing, R&D, Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing, with exposure to both local and global markets.
What you’ll do
* Develop and execute a 3+ year innovation strategy, aligned to brand and commercial objectives
* Identify, size, and prioritise growth opportunities using consumer insight and market analysis
* Lead full Stage Gate NPD, ensuring pace, quality, and commercial rigor
* Build business cases and secure senior stakeholder approval
* Oversee product, formulation, and packaging development
* Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams
* Partner with international markets to maximise global launch potential
What we’re looking for
* 8–10+ years’ experience in FMCG innovation, NPD, or senior marketing roles
* Proven track record of delivering commercially successful new products
* Expertise in consumer insight generation, research methodologies, and trend spotting
* Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing, and packaging
* Highly developed commercial and financial acumen
* Confident influencer with senior stakeholder experience
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
